Officer (Global Engagement) (PR0233/20-21)
The Office, with a fast-paced work environment, is looking for a dedicated and energetic professional to provide support in the administration of internationalisation initiatives, student mobility programmes, organisation of activities, events and visits, and other duties as required.
Applicants should possess a recognised degree with at least four years of work experience. They should have good organisational skills, be attentive to details and a congenial team player. Applicants should also have an excellent command of written and spoken English. They should be a self-starter with outgoing personality and positive attitude, able to work effectively with people of different cultures, enthusiastic about working with students, able to multi-task, work independently and under pressure. The job requires occasional travel overseas.
Applicants with less experience will be considered for the post of Assistant Officer (Global Engagement).
Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a written test.
Initial appointment will be offered on a fixed-term contract of up to 2 years. Re-appointment thereafter will be subject to mutual agreement and availability of funding.
Rank and salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
