Personal Assistant (PR0047/20-21)
The appointee will report directly to the Vice-President (Administration) and Secretary of the University and provide administrative support to her to ensure smooth daily operation of the Office, which includes organising and scheduling appointments; providing logistics support to meetings and committees; drafting correspondences and reports; collating groundwork data and assisting the Assistant to the Vice-President (Administration) and Secretary in conducting research and projects.
Applicants should have a good honours degree with several years of relevant work experience. Good interpersonal and communication skills, fluency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua) and proficiency in computing applications are essential. They should be self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a written assessment.
Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
