Assistant Human Resources Manager (PR0241/19-20) 

The Office is now seeking highly motivated team-players to provide executive support to a wide range of human resources management functions: staff recruitment/appointment, staff review and performance management, staff benefits administration, and staff engagement activities. 

Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of six years of relevant experience in HR management / tertiary education administration. They should have a high standard of written and spoken English and Chinese. Strong analytical, problem solving, project management and excellent communication skills with high proficiency in computing applications are also required.  Sound knowledge of employment-related ordinances and statutory regulations is essential. Written test will be required for the candidates who are shortlisted.

Initial appointment will normally be made on a fixed-term contract of 2 years, which will be renewable subject to mutual agreement.

Rank and salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
