Post-Doctoral Research Fellow (Pharmacological Studies) (PR0244/19-20)
The appointees will conduct independent scholarly research, supervise research assistants, manage laboratory and draft research papers in the following areas:
(a) discovery and characterization of novel pathophysiological factors of cancer; and
(b) discovery of chemical and pharmacological basis of Chinese medicines.
Applicants should possess a PhD degree in Biomedical Sciences or related disciplines with three years of experience in pharmacological studies. The appointees should have a strong research track record in the above-mentioned research areas. Training background in Chinese medicine, biochemistry, molecular biology, and pharmacology will be an added advantage.
