Human Resources Manager (PR0152/19-20) 

The Office is seeking a suitable candidate to lead a team and take charge of various human resources management functions in the Office, including account servicing, recruitment/appointments, appointment review and performance management, policies and committee work, benefits administration, and so on. 

Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree with proven track record in structured and sizeable organisations, and at least 5 years’ account servicing and supervisory experience. He/She should be an assertive professional and a team player who is able to tackle complex HR issues, demonstrate problem solving capability and deal with all walks of life. Strengths in organization, process improvement and communication skills with high standard of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua), and good knowledge in legal compliance and employment-related ordinances are required. 

Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a written test.

Initial appointment will normally be made on a fixed-term contract of 3 years, which will be renewable subject to mutual agreement.

Rank and salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
