Assistant Human Resources Officer (PR0077/19-20)  

The Office is looking for a suitable person to provide support to various human resources functions including recruitment, benefits administration and appointment review. Duties include general HR administration works, logistic support for interviews and meetings, work permit applications, preparation of contracts, data entry at HR system, compilation of papers and statistical reports, filing, enquiries handling and other duties as assigned.

Applicants should:
- possess a Bachelor’s degree and with some years of work experience (hands-on experience in selection and recruitment processes will be preferred);
- have strong communication skills and with good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua);
- be proficient in using MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) and Chinese word processing; and
- be able to work independently and in a team;

Candidates with lower qualification or less experience will be considered for the post of Human Resources Assistant.

Initial appointment will normally be made on a fixed-term contract of two years, which will be renewable subject to mutual agreement.
