General Clerk (PR0107/19-20) 

The appointee will be a member of the Administration and Space Management Section to provide clerical support for the Estates Office.


  • Perform general clerical duties
  • Provide counter service and handle phone calls from internal and external contacts
  • Provide logistical support for functions/events
  • Carry out other duties as assigned


  • Pass in at least 5 subjects in HKCEE including English language (Level 2 or Grade E equivalent) and Chinese Language (Level 2 or Grade E equivalent), or at least 5 subjects attaining Level 2 in HKDSE including English Language and Chinese Language
  • Work experience in the industry of building and construction or higher education sector would be an advantage
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese including Putonghua, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is required
  • Responsible, service-orientated, able to work collaboratively and independently and willing to take up additional duties
  • Shortlisted candidates are required to sit for a computer skill test
  • Immediate availability is preferred

Initial appointment will be made on a fixed-term contract of one year. Re-appointment thereafter will be subject to mutual agreement and availability of funding. 

Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
