Human Resources Assistant (PR0071/19-20)
The Office is looking for a suitable candidate to provide support to various human resources functions including recruitment, benefits administration and appointment review. Duties include preparing appointment letters, coordinating work permit applications and renewals, and providing logistics support to panel interviews and committees. He/She is also expected to perform general HR administration works such as filing and compilation of papers and statistical reports.
- possess an Associate Degree or above with 1 to 2 years of work experience;
- have good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua);
- be proficient in using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel & Powerpoint); and
- be well mannered and hardworking.
Appointment will commence as soon as possible for a period of 2 years.
