To promote men’s mental health, Human Resources Office organised a campaign called “MENsday@HKBU” at Kowloon Tong and Tsuen Wan Campuses on 30 October and 1 November.

Fruitful Activities in the Booth

The two-day campaign attracted approximately 800 participants and they engaged in various interactive activities, including sharing words of encouragement and exploring different stress-relief items.

Display boards were set up to provide information about men’s mental health and tips to maintain good mental health and support to others, and to raise awareness among colleagues about mental wellness, both for themselves and men around them.

Souvenirs for MENsday@HKBU

As part of our initiative to raise awareness about mental health, souvenirs with cheer-up messages were distributed to participants:

  • Tote Bag: designed with message “Men’s Mind, We Care” to spread the message of men’s mental health awareness
  • Stress Ball: squeezable balls which can help to reduce stress and tension.
  • Stickers: stickers featuring encouraging messages to act as reminders of self-care and mental wellness.

Moving forward, let’s continue looking after your mental well-being and provide support and care to others.
